John T. Preston is President and CEO of (AOM) and Senior Lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  Before joining AOM, Mr. Preston was the Director of Technology Development (and Licensing) at M.I.T., where he was responsible for the commercialization of intellectual property developed at M.I.T.  Mr. Preston has an MBA from Northwestern a BS in Physics from the University of Wisconsin.

Christopher J. Nagel is Vice President of Product Development and Founding Scientist of AOM.  Dr. Nagel received his ScD in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. 

Michael E. Porter is Chairman of the Board of AOM and the Bishop William Lawrence University Professor, at Harvard Business School. Professor Porter is a leading authority on competitive strategy and the competitiveness and economic development of nations, states, and regions.  Professor Porter has a BSE in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA and Ph.D from Harvard University in Business Economics.
